Don Shelton

I joined the Saints RC club in 1975 and learned on a Falcon 56.  After a lot of help from fellow club members, I became a little more confident in my building and flying skills. Also, there were a lot of wrecks and re-building over the years.  Don is currently Newsletter Editor.

This is Don's Kari Keen.  It was
scratch built over a period of several
years.  He used the plans he
bought for that purpose.  There might
be a little Photo Shopping going on
here, but the effect is dramatic.
Good job Don.  On both the airplane
and the Photo Shop work.

Don's all time favorite airplane
is his Kari Keen.

He has been flying it for about 10
years and it is very realistic and
flies like a dream.

the airplane in flight.
It does a take off,
a landing,
and there is the
view from inside.

Cessna 182 built from a kit.  This was
a sweet flying plane that I was really
proud of, but its gone many years ago

J3 Cub is an ARF  -  Still flying after
almost 15 years.  I recovered this
plane and built floats for it.
